Shipping Policy

At A29, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. Please find our shipping timelines below:

Domestic Orders (India)- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

International Orders- International orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Delivery time will be 15-20 days.

Delivery times vary based on the destination country and customs processes.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable at the time of delivery. A29 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, A29 will not be responsible for non-delivery. In such cases, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipment will incur additional charges.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status and contact the carrier in case of delivery issues.Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

To ensure the safe delivery of your packages, A29 may require a signature at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Once you place your order, we will let you know our estimated delivery date and if your signature will be required. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient, so we will accept signature from anyone at the residential or business delivery address. Unfortunately, we will not accept signatures or requests for change of address on the delivery door tag, but if we miss you the first time, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after the maximum number allowed by the carrier, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping will be subject to additional shipping charges. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude original shipping costs.

A delivery confirmation email will be sent once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

All delivery timelines provided are estimates. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, A29 does not guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.

A29 shall not be held liable for delays in shipping caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

Additional Information:

Orders are not processed and shipped on Holidays.
Shipping options may vary depending upon delivery address.
A29 is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occurred after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or other restricted addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business address to avoid delays.
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
In cases where certain items are on backorder, A29 may ship the available items first and the remaining items separately at no extra shipping cost. You will be notified of such arrangements.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take clear photographs and notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
